Power Law with Vertical Offset
A power law plus a constant offset. Use it when y follows a power of x but does not approach zero.

Example: simulated power radiated by a lamp filament against temperature, 16 points with x and y uncertainties, opened as a new copy you can edit.
Parameters
- Scale factor.
- Exponent.
- Constant offset added to the power law.
Tips
- Use x ≥ 0 when B can take non-integer values; a point at x = 0 needs a positive B.
- Without an offset, Power Law has one parameter fewer and is easier to determine.
